Equipe incrível e bem treinada para passar os novos o estilo de trabalho. Chegamos na madrugada de domingo para segunda, fiz a reserva pelo booking, chegando no hotel, não achavam a reserva e em seguida diagnosticaram q era madrugada ainda (embora fosse de 13 para 14/set - já minha reserva), um funcionário, claro, cabelo estilo militar, disse: cancela a reserva, cobra os 125,00 e acomoda ele no 117. Era um quarto com 2 camas, mesmo assim o simples fato da proatividade nos deixou feliz. Parabéns para todos. Voltaremos

O Hotel Express superou todas as expectativas — e um pouco mais! Quartos impecáveis, tudo muito novo, excelente atendimento e estacionamento ao lado com valor acessível. Ótima localização, próximo à rodoviária e às principais saídas de Porto Alegre. Poucas hospedagens na cidade oferecem tanta facilidade e qualidade. É realmente tudo aquilo que aparece nas fotos. Nota mil!

The neighbourhood didn’t seem to be the safest and no parking on site. The rooms are very simple and the bedding was old
