Lugar cheiroso, roupas de cama e de banho extremamente limpas, tudo organizado, utensílios de cozinha limpos, chuveiro a gás muito bom e quente, ar-condicionado frio e quente, aquece muito bem. Além disso o lugar é silencioso, consegui descansar para uma apresentação que tinha. Os funcionários super educados, levaram meu ifood no quarto, numa gentileza sem fim. Queria ter ficado mais.

Localização e tem garagem.
Prédio muito velho com apartamentos parcialmente reformados.
O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte, não sei se de suor. Quem não tem olfato sensível, vai dar certo
