The proximity of the hotel to the Station was close, the bedding and amenities were excellent and the staff were helpful in explaining and solving my question(s).
The ceiling fan in the washroom could use a little bit of cleaning, it is a little dusty.

Customer service was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and convenient.
The high step into the restroom. My elderly mother had some difficulty getting in and out of the shower and toilet. Small crowded rooms for someone with disability.

Hotel is ideally located close to the train station
Rooms are very small with room cleaning services only every third day.
