Café da manhã
Limpeza do quarto, especialmente do banheiro. Vazava água embaixo do vaso sanitário. A pia estava suja, com resto de comida. No lençol havia fios de cabelo e pelos. Além disso, a empresa nunca respondeu uma mensagem prévia ao check in e a recepção é de difícil comunicação pelo ramal do quarto.
