I think Hotel Enkelana is one of the best hotels in the area from what we saw during our stay. The location is amazing, right on the lake, and having parking available was also very convenient.
We stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable, spacious and simply decorated. The balcony and windows had beautiful views over the lake, which was definitely one of the highlights. The room had plenty of space, comfortable bed and pillows, enough towels and very good air conditioning. Considering the price, we thought it was excellent value for money.
We would also really like to thank the staff. My husband became ill on our last day and they kindly extended our checkout time so he could rest before we had to leave for the airport. They were extremely helpful and kind to us, and we really appreciated it.
The hotel looks like it has been renovated recently, although the indoor pool does not seem to have been refurbished yet. Some tiles were missing from the pool, so it felt a little dated and in need of some attention.
I only went for breakfast once. Unfortunately, it was not really to my taste and the selection was quite limited, with basic options such as eggs, sausages and local fried dough. This did not bother me too much as I am not really a breakfast person.
The TV in the room could also have been positioned better, or ideally mounted on an adjustable bracket, as it was difficult to watch comfortably from the bed

Location was really nice. It was right on the beach and close to a lot of the town. I was in walking distance of restaurants, pharmacies, stores, laundry, etc. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful.
The breakfast ran out of items near the end. There are not a lot of amenities but for the price I think that is understandable.

Great location, courteous staff, pool good size (but quite cold!), incredible suite with lake view for some members of our group
Breakfast is disappointing. One triple room for our group was small and let in a lot of outside noise.

The location is excellent. We had a balcony facing the lake with a terrific view. It was nice to have a min fridge in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not great and there were always long lines for the mediocre food. We ate at the restaurant one evening as well and the food was terrible. Overall, the property needs some upgrades. The carpet and couch in our room was worn, dirty, and needed replacing.
