The staff, the animation team and the facilities were terrific and you never feel that it’s crowded though it’s full.
The quality of food, variety and taste. Also, when they divided the aqua park with the other hotel we missed the some of the activities we used to enjoy.

We had a great experience overall. What really makes this resort stand out is the attitude of the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful and worked very hard to make sure guests had a good stay. This made a huge difference to our overall experience.
The hotel and the entire resort area were also kept very clean, which we really appreciated.
The resort is pretty large, but getting around is easy thanks to the electric shuttles constantly driving around the property. We typically never had to wait more than about five minutes for a ride.
The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and different options every day. We especially appreciated the table service for drinks during dinner.
The coral reef accessible from the pier was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. There is also a small sandy sea lagoon, which is great if you prefer an easier entry into the water.
We also accidentally left a personal item behind after our departure, and the hotel team helped us recover it and made sure it was safely returned to reception. We really appreciated their help even after our stay had ended.
The rooms are a little dated and worn in places, with some visible construction and finishing imperfections. That said, none of this had any real impact on our stay or enjoyment of the resort.
