A lovely time in this hotel again.
As always, it’s like Home from Home. Everybody makes such an effort to make your stay as amazing as possible.
Eslam ans Karim were outstanding in reception. The best welcome I have received for such a late night arrival and their ongoing care throughout our stay.
It was a pleasure to speak with them on a daily basis.
The food was excellent and the food and beverage manager and his team could not do enough for you to make sure , your dining experience was everything that you needed it to be.
I highly recommend the dinner on the beach for a special occasion not just a romantic one 😂
Special thanks to Hany (security) and Mohamed our room attendant nothing was too much trouble.
There are too many staff to mention, but honestly, they will all go out of their way to make your stay an exceptional one.
A little note on how pleasant the shop staff were in this hotel, no pressure to buy but would certainly recommend.
Spa services were excellent as was Farid and Nora’s and Thomas from animation had the right balance with guests.
The right price/value ratio.

A well-maintained resort with a magnificent reef right off the shore. Peace and quiet, with almost no children. No problem getting sunbeds, and the staff are unobtrusive and helpful. Close to the airport. A beautiful 2-kilometer promenade around the bay begins near the hotel.
The rooms could definitely use some modernization or at least a refresh. At a seaside location, I'd expect more fish and seafood on the menu. We were a larger group, and not everyone got the sea-view rooms we'd booked.

We had a full sea view from our room. A very large bed, but the quilt was not big enough. We liked the closeness of the jetty and access to the reef. There were plenty of sunbeds available. The 3 pools were very good. The hotel was a smaller size which suited us. The staff were excellent and always smiling.
The evening entertainment was very poor.
There was a thunderstorm on our last day and our room was flooded very badly. There was 4-5 inches of water through the room. Both doors leaked as they did not have a threshold, the water also came in through the roof. There was no drainage on the balcony and the camber of the tiles forced the water into the room. We spent 4 hours sweeping out the water and cleaning our room, as did all the other guests in our block. Eventually the hotel staff helped. We were not offered another room and had to wait for clean towels, as we had to use all of ours to mop up. Our clothes were damp and shoes ruined.
