The property is lovely and perfect for a resort getaway. The layout is charming and a great place to spend your holiday. The dive center is excellent - but make sure you book in advance during busy season. The real secret to this hotel is that the staff is great and will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We had a small issue with the room we were assigned not being ideal (close to the party, while travelling with small children), which was very kindly resolved the very next morning. I look forward to our next visit!
Some of the facilities are a bit dated. Sliding doors not closing easily, bathroom taps, tanning beds etc. Nothing major and it is perfectly suitable for the purpose.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff to the delicious food. The coral reef was absolutely stunning, both in front of the resort and especially in Coraya Bay, which is a must for snorkeling! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Jaz Grand Marsa!

The staff is so friendly and supportive especially Mr Ayman and Nadia from guest relations. We did celebrate our daughter’s birthday and she had so much fun. Thank you for Nadia and Mr Ayman for all their support and making our vacation unforgettable.

-The food tasted nice
-Room was big and comfy
-Sun beds
-Calm and relaxing place
-Nice restaurants and reception
- Cleanliness
-Staff were more friendly to foreigners than Egyptians
- Not much animation or activities around the day
- The water around the pier had high waves during our stay which made it hard to snorkel and the corals weren't as vivd as in other places
- A very rocky beach with a lot of dead corals
- The soap and shampoo dispenser are bottled and u need to squeeze really hard to get them out
