Funcionárias da recepção muito amáveis e prestativas. Localização excelente, próximo a padarias, mercadinhos, farmácia.
Colchoes afundados. Limpeza da lavanderia deixou muito a desejar (restos de sujeira dentro do tanque) tudo empoeirado.

Attentive staff, good location, fair price, cheaper than other decent places nearby in São Paulo.
The building and furniture are old, so expect some sticky surfaces on the kitchen, a funky sofa (eww), some "old place" smell and a not very comfy shower, but it was hot, which is good. If they did a deep cleansing and a stable ventilation, maybe would be better... but for Brazilian standards, this is "clean", so, ok...
