It is located very central to access the old town, public transport is just on the street, metro and bus.
The host, Rachel, is very kind and can give you many advices.
The breakfast is simple but adequate.
The are shared bathrooms, but everything was very clean at all times.
Not bad but a tip: don’t park in the side street, even not after 7 p.m. It is a parking zone for residents only after 7 pm. The information is not on the pay machine only on the P sign. Emel, the Lisbon parking authority comes to check after 7 pm. It’s 60 € if you park there. We parked in the Telpark Marquise de Pompal park house, 3 days for a total price of 28,95 which is a very good price for Lisbon.

Location is just great. The room is cosy, pleasant to be in, windows cut off all street sounds when closed. Bathrooms are kept clean. The breakfast selection is small but well-rounded to kickstart the day: boiled eggs, sandwich stuff, fruit, coffee, some sweets. The common areas and the dining room are lovely, books everywhere, I've enjoyed picking up an album of British design to accompany my morning coffee. Overall the place has a genuine character and a nice vibe. Much respect to the hostess for making it all possible. Would book again w/no hesitation. Thank you!

Nice location, everything is easily approachable in the city with the nearby metro station. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and regularly checked up on if we needed anything more. The breakfast was delecious and the hostess Raquel was great and very helpful whenever we needed something.
