Very friendly staff. Good location.
They should have checked all the facility work before tenant checking in. Shower's drainage was clogged from the first day, washbasin water had problem.

Ruslan, the manager at the reception, was an excellent help. He offered to bring our friend who broke her foot in the mountains to a capable doctor. He drove us to get medicines and crutches and was so polite and helpful that we recommend this hotel to you. Thank you Ruslan, you were a very great help times of need.
We had to ask for toilet paper in one of the rooms, one shower was hard to adjust, either too cold or too hot.

The location is good, in calm neighborhood, the staff were cooperative and smiling all the time, especially Mr. Raslan the front office manager, he used to volunteer to help even before asking.
Accommodation was short, so I didn't notice any negative things or problems

Comfortable bed
Toilet seat broken.
Toilet not bolted to floor.
Shower drain clogged. Water would not drain.
