Diverse breakfast, size of room, having a/c and a small refrigerator. Friendly, professional waiter in hotel's bbq restaurant.
The bathtub leaks when you take a shower and the metal hose gives off a slight electric shock. No one cleaned our room and only after requesting it twice did we, hours later. at least get dry towels. Then at night the maid entered the room without knocking. Rather than being asked what they could improve on, the woman who seems to run the place kept telling me to rate the hotel as a '10'.
