Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had the continental breakfast - there was plenty to choose from. We often go to Berwick and throughly enjoy staying at the Castle.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed.
It was a nice touch that a member of the team knocked on your door in the morning just to ask if you needed anything.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The location is second to none.
Can't fault anything. A little on the expensive side maybe although it is peak season.

Breakfast was not very exciting. A choice of cold meats and cheese would have improved a continental breakfast The location of the hotel is very good.

No dining facilities available due to weekend. Continental breakfast was boxes of dried cereal, limited fruit , no cheese etc,location on busy road was noisy as was Saturday evening music. Also no soap or toiletries in ensuite
