La falta de una cafetera y cápsulas. Solo había una cafetera común por lo que los huéspedes deben comprar café lo que resulta totalmente impracticable

Struttura meravigliosa in pieno centro ad Alberobello. La posizione è comodissima e immersa nel centro storico. La casa all’interno è bellissima, riarredata in stile moderno ma mantenendo la struttura e i materiali originali.
Pulizia ottima e proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Assolutamente consigliata

Superbe établissement qui se trouve en face de l’entrée du site de l’UNESCO. Tout était parfait, les lits sont confortables et nous avons pu nous faire à manger sans difficulté. Je vous le recommande !

Struttura in pieno centro. Ristrutturata con cura. Peccato che essendo un ex scantinato o qualcosa del genere e priva di finestre e molto umida.
Nessun tipo di servizio.
Dopo il 5 giorno eravamo pieni di rifiuti.
Non viene nessuno a sistemare un minimo la stanza. Ora non pretendo tutti i giorni ma almeno ogni 2/3 giorni è buona regola rassettare la stanza o quantomeno chiedere se c’è necessità di qualcosa. Questo viene fatto solo su richiesta altrimenti non si vede nessuno.
Stendo un velo pietoso sulla questione chiavino.
