So glad I booked a room with aircon and a large bed as it was very hot. Room was in a modern extension at the back of the hotel, quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Charming public areas, and pleasant outdoor space including al fresco dining area. Secure parking spaces on site. Proprietors friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice good.
Breakfast room was busy, but at least there was the option to take breakfast on a tray to the tables outside. Dinner could have been better.

Lovely, family run and friendly. Evening food excellent.
Nowhere really to just sit and chat after the meal. Had a drink with supper but wasn’t possible to get another.
Room had a very musty smell - think possibly drains.
