Breakfast was as expected,very satisfactory. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. In a busy area, the place felt secure.
I would only mention two things. The infusion bags available on the first night were never renewed. Breakfast was disturbed by the staff working in the same room and talking in loud voices.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would also like to highlight the staff member at the reception on my last day – he was very helpful, polite, and kindly assisted me with storing my luggage.
There was a serious issue with my booking. Although my reservation was confirmed on Booking.com, upon arrival I was informed that the price was incorrect and I was required to pay a significantly higher amount. This situation was confusing and stressful.

The location
The bathroom and toilet were combined, and the shower water flowed directly onto the toilet. Everything got wet as there was only a curtain-like divider. In addition, the mattress had a deep sag where everyone sleeps and was very hard, making it uncomfortable.
