Andrea was very attentive to our needs and heroically picked us up in the middle of the night when we became stranded due to a misunderstanding of the city bus schedule. We were so very grateful!
Bausen 12 is a little further from the Vatican and historic center of Rome than we liked, but we knew that from the beginning. Fortunately, a major bus stop is only 6 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so we took advantage of that. Clean, room bathroom facilities. We were there a full week and maid service came every three days with clean linens and towels, something we had not expected but very much appreciated. The only minor disappointment was the shared kitchen; though indicated in the property description as "shared lounge," perhaps "shared kitchen" would be more helpful. A bit noisy at night, but tolerable.
