Located on the edge of Phrae town so it easy to get to and from the surrounding sites as well as into the centre of town. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably air conditioned.
Bathtub was broken in our room.

Great location and large rooms. Plenty of car and motorbike parking. Friendly staff. Great price/great value.
Towels and pillow cases need to be replaced. Televisions require two remotes and is complicated. Stations are local and freeze frequently.
