Karl was very welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal if trying to stay just outside the LEZ. AC was wonderful as it was an extremely hot couple of days when we visited. Nice character building with very high ceilings and great decor.
It would have been nice to have two chairs in the room (2). To open windows at night does make the room a little loud as the streetside rooms get some noise from traffic, but closing the windows eliminates the noise effectively.

Thanks Karl very much for a wonderful stay for me and my Parents. I would like to highlight that Karl went over and above to make my parents comfortable, understanding the health issues of my parents and alloting them 1st floor, despite our tariff for 2nd floor. He opened his Kitchen for us so that my Mom could make veg meals for herself as she is allergic to many items which restricts her ability to eat outside. About the room, ambience, bathroom, everything was very impressive. Thankyou so much once again.
