HOMBRE ESTATES COMPANY, is delighted to offer you this beautiful flat (Guest House). Located in Bandar Seri Begawan, and less than 8 mins drive to the Heart of the City. Very accessible, bus stop is only few meters away, next to the cafe. A beautiful mosque is only 70 meters away.

This Ground floor converted flat is LOCATED in the city of BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei, yet is surrounded in the midst of the tranquil nature.
The view you will have is unique, unlike view of skyscrapers, here in this flat, you get to see vegetation & majestic trees encircling the property.
If you are lucky, you will get to see beautiful harmless cute little Langurs (leaf eating monkeys) in groups enchanting you as they make their way through the compound!Speaking of view, in the back yard you will also see a tiny little amazing pond, which you can see birds roaming around.
The property is beautifully furnished, with italian leather sofa, with memory foam bed, and Bamboo curtains! Giving you that relaxed, oriental ambiance! Aircond, Water heater is available through out the flat. Towels are complimentary.
