Great first visit to Zwolle and are staying 2 more days it is so good.

Great place with all the extras. AC, fridge, coffee, fantastic shower, private & and best of all caring and hospitable hosts to make everything right! 120%

Comfortable, clean room, very near to the center

The location is central, yet quiet. There's private parking place which is very convenient and a supermarket nearby. The host, Audrey, is very friendly and she makes sure we have everything we need. We were given very detailed instructions to check in as we arrived when Audrey was not home, and the check in process was very smooth. We also appreciate the snacks, tea, coffee pods, and toiletries provided in the room.

The rooftop window is a little broken when we stayed there, so it can't be closed fully. Hence the room is quite bright early in the morning as we stayed in June, but Audrey had informed us earlier with a note. Some bugs manage to enter the room from the garden, so don't forget to close the front door to shut out the uninvited guests.

Outstanding value for a lovely quiet retreat in Assendorpje.

This small room built on the back side of the owners home is a lovely quiet retreat. The shower is nicely appointed and the private patio area is a pleasant place to relax. The room itself is quite small and we felt a bit cramped. The skylight helps but we needed to keep it open for some ventilation during the night which meant we were awakened with the sun in the morning. The price is an outstanding value compared to other accommodations in Zwolle.

A bit more storage space is needed in the room. The bed could be more comfortable. From the B and B to the center of Zwolle is further than I expected.

Perfect place for a weekend away discovering Zwolle, quiet neighbourhood, great bed.

Very cozy and quiet space with a super comfortable bed. The neighbourhood is really cute and has everything you might need close-by. We enjoyed wine and lunch on the terrace of Meli Melo; 3 minute walk. Jumbo supermarket right next to it. Train station and city centre are both a 10 minute walk away. Good restaurants in the centre, obviously, but we had a great dinner just outside of it, in Bistro De Buik van Parijs.

This place was perfect for us, but I can imagine some people might wish for a slightly bigger room if they're staying longer.

Highly recommend this room!!!!

I came to the Netherlands as an exchange student and had a lot of luggage. However, I was very grateful to be able to leave all these luggage before check-in. When I entered the room with my weary body, I was greeted with a nice scent, a soft bed, and a well-organized room. The bathroom was very clean and the room was well cleaned. I lay down and rested watching TV, sometimes admiring the sky through the glass ceiling. When I was dragging my luggage to the dorm, I was able to move it easily by car thanks to Audrey, which I am very grateful for. It was truly a perfect first experience in the Netherlands. Also, if you need to find a place to stay in the Netherlands, you will choose this place.

Not quite what I had hoped for, but perfectly fine.

Lovely hostess. The place itself was nicely furnished, with great little details, like fancy soaps and nespresso machines. Good location. Nice towels. Good shower. Very fancy retractible skylight. Easy access to the supermarkets.

Very small room. Noisy (the family might have been doing some home improvement work). Would be good to have a small fridge or microwave. The breakfast was tricky (also coronatime, so not normal and no one's fault).
