Obiekt to dom (kamienica) z czterema apartamentami i wspólnym tarasem na dachu domu. Dwa apartamenty na pierwszym piętrze i dwa na drugim piętrze. Na parterze pomieszczenie gospodarcze i pomieszczenie z pralką z której można korzystać. Apartament świetnie wyposażony. Zgodnie z opisem, niczego nie brakuje. Apartament nie posiada klimatyzacji, w październiku nie było to problemem ale w szczycie sezonu upał może być dokuczliwy. Czystość utrzymana na wysokim poziomie we wszystkich miejscach - klatka schodowa, część wspólna na dachu i oczywiście w apartamencie. Do obiektu można dotrzeć tylko pieszo, nie ma możliwości podjechania samochodem. Dużo wolnych miejsc parkingowych w odległości spaceru - ok. 1 minuta. Kontakt przez WhatsApp - bez uwag. Internet ok. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Obiekt położony dosłownie nad brzegiem oceanu. Z budynku wychodzimy bezpośrednio na promenadę nad brzegiem oceanu, kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej naturalny basen widoczny na fotografiach. Wybrzeże skaliste, w zasięgu spaceru mała plaża. W miejscowości sklep samoobsługowy i restauracja. Dziękuję.
