The location is perfect. Right at the center of Madrid, within walking distance to any of the main tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants. I only needed public transportation to go visit friends who live far from the city center. It is amazingly quiet considering how busy the Plaza del Sol area is. The owner, Roberto, is great. He really goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy the apartment, which was very well stocked with towels, dishware and silverware, pots and pans, microwave oven, toaster. The apartment has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. There is a smart TV with access to the most common streaming aps. The wifi quality was good. The unit is spacious with a master bedroom with one king size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. I stayed with my two adult daughters and did not feel crowded. Sharing one bathroom was a mild inconvenience. There is air conditioning in every room, and it is very quiet and cools very well. We stayed during the hot season. The rent is a bit pricy, but you are paying for quality, comfort, and peace of mind.
The only thing I did not like is that the apartment does not have a dryer. The owner provides a rack to hang the washed clothes, but it takes several days to dry and takes up a lot of space in the unit. The rack does not fit in the balcony, which would help drying the clothes faster as there is plenty of sunlight.

The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, buses, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The host was exceptionally nice and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer care. All I can say is: "Roberto, muchas gracias por tu maravillosa hospitalidad".

Very attractive apartment with comfortable beds. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to save time and money by preparing some meals ourselves. The location was great.
