This hotel far, far exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival for a lovely check-in experience, we were looked after beautifully for our whole stay by a host of kind staff. Our eighth floor corner club room was huge and elegant, with birds swooping by and a stunning view. The club lounge is generous and useful, and we had two fabulous dinners served in a private dining space. The seven courses were excellent and memorable. We can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel
