My second stay at Umadewi this year, and definitely not my last. The team is exceptional — genuinely some of the best service I’ve experienced anywhere, always professional, warm and incredibly kind. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant is excellent, and being right in front of Medewi’s main wave is hard to beat. A very special place and I can’t wait to come back.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the point overlooking the surf break. The restaurant has a fantastic bench area where you can relax and watch the surf. Complementary shoulder massage on arrival and beautiful spa area. Wonderful relaxing pool and gorgeous grounds. Most importantly staff here were exceptionally kind and greeted us by name! A wonderful relaxing place to stay.
