Śniadania, które były niezbyt urozmaicone, czasami brakowało np. bułek bo „akurat się pieczą”, brak papieru toaletowego w łazience na 5 piętrze

Rewelacja!

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż obok rynku, a jednocześnie w zaskakująco spokojnym miejscu. Cudowna obsługa, naprawdę bardzo, bardzo duży i komfortowy pokój. Mega wygodne łóżka.

Mogłoby być kilka miejsc parkingowych więcej.

Przyjemny pobyt

Lokalizacja bajeczna. ŚNIADANIE ABSOLUTNIE DOSKONAŁE!!! - duży wybór potraw, wszystko świeże, sprawnie działające windy, pomocny i życzliwy personel, stosunkowo cicho, mimo, że w piątek wieczorem na Długim Targu jakieś piszczałki mocno hałasowały. Ładne kolory we wnętrzach sprzyjające odpoczynkowi. W łazience dobre rączniki i wysokiej jakości mydło w płynie. Dobrze i cicho działająca klimatyzacja.

1.Dla mnie łóżko było zbyt miękkie i przez to niewygodne. 2. W hotelu o tym standardzie brak możliwości otrzymania kapci jest zauważalną wadą.

Il servizio per il deposito del bagaglio dopo il check-out: ho notato che non lasciano nessun numero identificativo della valigia e ti permettono di entrare nella stanza (adiacente alla reception).

Great, well located hotel in Gdańsk old town

Very central location right next to the Main Street in the old town but just on the side street so you can retreat to a peaceful hotel. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Bed comfortable. Price was extremely competitive but we stayed in off season too.

Nothing, would happily return next time in Gdańsk.

Ogólnie super, chętnie wrócę w przyszłości

Lokalizacja, pokój wygodny i przyjemny, wygodny materac, śniadania, możliwość zamówienia bezglutenowego pieczywa, ogólnie czysto z drobnymi wyjątkami jak pajęczyna w rogu ;)

Nie można zarezerwować miejsca parkingowego, mało miejsc parkingowych, słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem

Rewelacja

Przestronny, czysty pokój i łazienka. Urządzony gustownie i bardzo intuicyjnie, co sprawia, że pobyt był czystą przyjemnością. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Przy kolejnej wizycie w Gdańsku na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w pięknym Gdańsku

Pani z recepcji przesympatyczna! Pokój bardzo czysty i ładny. Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych!

Za miękki materac ;) brak ekspresu do kawy, który był w opisie pokoju. Dwa komplety ręczników przy rezerwacji dla 3 osób.

Short stay in Old Town

IBB is perfectly located in Old Town, with its entrance next to the main street. The building is recent, well decorated, and rooms have a good size and are quite comfortable. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices - as a constructive critic, I just auggest to improve the orange juice, as it really doesn't look natural.

Hotel with the best location

Location is PERFECT. I think that it is the hotel with the best location in Gdansk. I really can recommend a room with a view, really worth it. The windows are big and you can sit by them and look at Dlugi Targ. It is so special. Besides, one morning during our stay it was snowing so it was such a good experience. Also, it is perfectly clean. Everything is beautiful, it really looks luxurious and it is comfort.

I think that the breakfast is overpriced a little bit and you can't drink coffee in restaurant on the top with a view, just if you want breakfast. You can drink coffee in hall without view. Also, in the bathroom we could smell sewage, but I think it is probably beacuse it is in old town. Overall I really can recommend you this hotel if you are staying in Gdansk.

Highly recommended

Placed beautifully in the old part of Gdansk this hotel really delivered well on everything. Friendly staff in the reception, really clean rooms, comfortable beds, good size rooms, free water& juice in the minibar, good breakfast. Many bars&restaurants in the old part of Gdansk, perfect area to move around by foot. Only minus was if walking outside late night a lot of people approach You to try to lure You into establishments where You do not want to go.. Our friendly receptionist agreed that we made a good decision by having a beer in the hotel bar instead of an "adult establishment" :-)

Прием просто ужасный. Молодой человек на стойке вел себя так, как будто мы у него деньги одолжили и не отдали. Просто отвратительно. На следующий день заехали наши дети, и он вел себя точно также. Наврал про стоимость за размещение собаки. В общем Нио(кажется так его зовут) явно не на своем месте. Испортил все впечатление от отеля

Все что описано выше. У нас заклинила кофемашина, пришел техник, принес свежий кофе, моментально наладил кофе машину. Спасибо ему большое.

Not the worst, not the best

Good location and staff were really friendly

For a 4 star hotel it was pretty sparse in terms of the offer. No room service, no real hotel bar to speak of. It felt more like a decent 3 star to be honest

Lage gut, Rest so lala

Die Betten waren nicht sauber, es waren sehr viele Haare vom Vorgänger zu finden. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein anderes (sauberes) Zimmer bekommen, dieses war von der Ausstattung und dem Ausblick allerdings ein Downgrade.

Sentralt hotell midt i smørøyet

Hotellet lå svært sentralt til i gamlebyen rett ved det historiske torget. Moderne hotell med godt aircondition-anlegg. Store gode rom, minibar med gratis eplejuice og vann som ble etterfylt hver dag.

Frokosten var «så som så». Brødet var ikke ferskt og det var heller ikke melk - noe som er viktig om du skal tiltrekke deg nordmenn. Lite utvalg av pålegg, spesielt kjøtt og feks bacon. Om du er en søtmoms, var det mer enn nok kaker og syltetøy til at Karius og Baktus får euforisk anfall. Det ble observert sølvkre i stor størrelse på badet, det var litt guffent. Hotellet har dessverre ikke varmekabler på badet. Kombinert med sjarmerende sølvkre unngår du ihvertfall at noen bosetter seg der inne!

Jak zwykle w Trójmieście bardzo udany!

Przy samym Długim Targu, okna tłumiły hałas , pokój obszerny ,łóżka bardzo wygodne, śniadania wybitne! Jedyny mankament (na który hotel zresztą nie ma wpływu) to trwające w okolicy remonty dróg przez co dojazd jest nieco utrudniony.

The location was excellent, staff were very helpful I messaged ahead asking if our room was ready, was it possible to check in early it was no problem. The Checking-in process went very smooth and young receptionist was very pleasant explained everything we needed to know.

There was nothing the room was spotless clean modern and comfortable.

A great visit to Gdańsk spoile by poor hotel staff attitude

The location was good

The reception staff were arrogant and unhelpful. I have travelled extensively in Europe, including Poland, and the reception staff were uniformly poor in their attitude and helpfulness compared to any other hotel I have stayed at. Note the cleaning staff were great. The hotel needs to put their reception staff through a customer service course.
