Everything!
We had a noise from the air conditioner and it was hard to sleep. But the receptionist came at 1AM and gave us the earplugs, so really THANK YOU to the staff!!! But we expected to be moved to another room, as the noise was really loud..

Beautiful design hotel -
The usual PURO style.
Our room was overlooking reception with no windows that we would be able to open - as the “window” was a view to inner building. first of all it was a bit odd but also you need to choose between limited privacy (people can see your from reception despite thin curtains) or full black out curtains.

Very good location, nice and clean room. Too soft pillows, so it was a good sleep at the first night, but next day I asked harder pillow and get it.
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. There were many options for breakfast: scrambled eggs, pancakes, cold appetisers, but it was not tasty.
For dinner I ate the New York steak and it was overcooked, salads had to order extra, because for the steak’s price you get just the steak. For that quality the steak is so overpriced.
Also, you can get coffee or tea in the lobby 24/7, but it would be more comfortable to have a kettle in the room.

Room faces interior hallway and courtyard and has no exterior window. Rooms are also very tight for 2 people.
