Lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Gdansk old town. Walking distance to sights, great restaurants and promenade. Room was spacious with a historical vibe (loved the chandelier in the bathroom) and the morning front desk person was super friendly and helpful!

As we arrived, Ms. Magda greeted us with a smile and very friendly welcome.
The hotel is historic, has a romantic flair and the room was clean and large.
There is no lift to the room, but the team is very helpful and carried our bags. Mr. Pawel was also very helpful and caring.
We used the parking for our car, it is very near. We are very satisfied 😌 👍😀

Very attentive staff, location is a little outside the main bustle of the downtown. Breakfast was good, not great.
Combination of old windows and it’s location made for a very noisy and unrestful night- you have car on cobblestone noise and foot traffic noise. At least for the two rooms on the ground floor near the front of the building soundproof window upgrades are required before I will consider staying here again.
Additionally, the mattresses are saggy. Maybe in 2014 when they won their traveler awards they were great, but pretty sure they are the very same ones still- not great.
In my opinion, if this hotel doesn’t give itself a facelift soon, it will be too worn down to warrant its 4 stars.
