Great location! Property had everything you would need and was very clean.
The ‘sofa bed’ isn’t really a bed, it’s a rather hard L-shaped couch. It doesn’t turn into a bed, luckily we were small enough to fit on it but I would bear that in mind.
Another thing to note- two out of three morning we were woken up to extremely LOUD construction noises before 8am, we couldn’t even have a conversation because it was so loud. We weren’t made aware there was ongoing construction.

Das Apartment ist eine Mischung aus modernem Style und Altbauchic(Stuck, Messingleuchten etc.). Die Zimmer sind durch Glaswände getrennt, um Licht herein zu lassen. Die Betten sind super.
Es gab im Apartment keine Küche, sondern eine Zeile mit einer Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank, allerdings ohne Waschbecken. -
Wir befanden uns in einer „Partyzone“ und konnten die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen, weil wir sonst gar kein Auge zugemacht hätten. Um uns herum gab es Clubs und viele junge Leute, die bis morgens um fünf sehr laut auf der Straße gegrölt haben. Das ist sicher etwas für junge Leute, aber nichts für Boomer, die auch mal schlafen müssen.

Great location, nicely decorated, all new. The two sofa beds are of good quality (2026).
Building access control a bit confusing, overall doors in this building as well as bathroom need some revision. Would have preferred not being asked to pay for a damage not caused by us.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra
Obiekt jest nadal w fazie budowy. W Apartamencie jest bardzo głośno od godziny 7-17 trwają prace budowlane za ścianą.
