Amazing location in the old town centre. Quiet and comfortable. Pretty good breakfast (pay extra).
The room was a bit squashed. Could do with redecorating.

My wife and I have stayed at Hotel Artus on multiple occasions. We particularly enjoy the proximity to the Old Town Square, restaurants and the river district. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable and there is an elevator. Breakfast, which used to be included, is adequate and available for a reasonable cost.
Breakfast options could be improved maybe add bacon and breakfast sausage. Also, why can't they offer Netflix? This was probably the most disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was served in the Kashubian restaurant downstairs. The food was excellent! They served different choices each morning. The decor was beautiful and seats very comfortable. I appreciated the reception of the hotel to be willing to change my room after one sleepless night due to location, people partying in the streets until 2:00 am, old windows allowing noise to seep in.
They need to install sound proof windows to eliminate the street noise and the cathedral bells. The location would be wonderful but because of the noise challenging to sleep at night. They replenish towels and soap every other day but my experience was to find there was no soap in the dispenser while already in the shower. Even though they supply bottled water I had to constantly ask to get one. If you are wanting to explore the Old Town and have a peaceful night get accommodations nearby but not in the Old Town.
