Very well maintained and ideal location. Large room
The room had an induction hob and whistling kettle. A simple electric one would have been preferred.
Our room on the sixth floor was excellent but some guests might have a problem as the lift only goes to the fourth floor

Location
The staff were not very encouraging or welcoming . We did arrive late due to the arranged taxi from booking .com being over 35 minutes late . Language difficulty was apparent . No explanation of facilities at hotel . The bar never opened and we found the spa ourselves to find it fully booked . When we left to check out not a thank you or how did you enjoy your stay .
We are very independent women travellers so absolutely are not demanding or difficult to please .
Gdansk was interesting and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves .
