Good transfer to and from Guarulhos airport.
Very nice breakfast!
No body wash in the bathroom.
Even though our room was designed for 3 people, with 3 single beds, there were only two towels in the bathroom.
The hotel was busy, and the elevator took longer than expected.

Location, installation and cleaning.
The swimming pool was too small and with too much chlorine.

clean and comfortable. it’s good to have a rest between flights
1. There was absolutely no information about how to find a shuttle, so I missed first one and thanks god I had enough time to find the second. Of course no one in booking chat was answering about how to find it.
2. located not as close to the airport as I thought. it took me approximately 35-40 minutes from hotel to aero because of traffic.
3. restaurant and bar don’t work a day time
