Conveniently located from SAO airport
Bit far from the city and surrounding areas a not so safe and clean so walking around hotel is not recommended

Ideal location for an overnight stay. The shuttle bus to/from the airport is an important feature.
The rooms are ageing. Having to climb into the bath for a shower (rather than stroll into a more-modern walk-in shower) was not ideal.

People on arrival were very useful/attentive and accomodates with my request. The menu for lunch and breakfast were very good. All the waiters were very nice and helpful. There was tough a lack of personel at the lounge Bar.
Breakfast was did not have the rob and when requested it never came. oK however when it came to the closing time (10:00) I was instructed to "expedite" because they have to clean!
Room There was no robe and when requested it never came. Toiletteries were minimal, no toothbrush/ paste etc. At the frigobar there was not a device to open bottles and I was informed that I should ask room service for them to send someone to open the bottles. The request came incomplete when arrived.
