About this condo rental

Nestled in Roses, this charming condo for $61 per night is a great option for your next trip. High season rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Magnificent penthouse located a few meters from the beach of "la Rubina" and next to the natural park of "Aiguamolls de l'Empordà". The flat is located on the third floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in bunk bed format. Leaving the bedrooms we find the corridor where we can access the toilet, equipped with shower; the dining room, equipped with flat screen TV and satellite. In the dining room there is a sofa-bed for two children or one adult. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and can also be accessed from the corridor. It has utensils for 6 people and is equipped with dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker and microwave. We can also enjoy any of the 2 balconies that the flat has. One faces north-east, located just above the moorings and the canal, with views of the mountains and the natural park. The other faces south-east with splendid views of the Rubina beach and the Gulf of Roses. Additional information The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards. Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival. Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance). Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed. Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person. Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich: eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kanäle mit Bootsleben, die zweite Terrasse - mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist in nur 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung hat an Nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht des Wasserkochers und der Waschmaschine. Es gab aber in der Nähe ein Waschsalon mit Selbstbedienung. Ein Super Familienurlaub trotz Corona Zeiten!

Bel appartement avec deux terrasses une qui donne sur les canaux et une qui donne sur la mer et la plage!!! La plage est à 50m. Belle exposition et vue dégagée. Il manque des verres à vin et des bols en cuisine sinon tout est parfait

Tout est conforme à la description. Modeste appartement, simple mais suffisant avec une terrasse agréable sur le port, et à 100m de la plage. Très beau lieu en plus, et bien situé pour de nombreuses découvertes touristiques.

Le propriétaire est super. A l écoute. Arrangeant pour les horaires d arrivée et de départ. L appartement correspond exactement au photos. Très calme. Points de vues magnifiques ! 50 m de la plage. Que du bonheur ! Le propriétaire attentif à nos observations pour encore améliorer son appartement. Je recommande fortement cette location qui permet de se détendre, de s évader, de passer de superbes vacances. Merci . Sylvie et Patrick

L appartement correspond à l annonce. Deux vues extérieurs. D un côté les "bateaux" et de l autre la mer et le son très agréable. L appartement est très bien situé. Le gérant : Enric très agréable nous a guidé avec ses précieux conseils. Idéal pour les familles. Nous reserverons encore.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 50 Meter) zum breiten Sandstrand in zweiter Reihe. Von der nach Osten gelegenen Terrasse sieht man das Meer, die Südterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Kanäle und Ankerplätze. Da es sich um einen Seitenarm handelt, war es abends, da auch die Straßen ringsum Stichstraßen bzw. Sackgassen sind, sehr ruhig. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, der Mercadona nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional ausgestattet. So konnten wir jeden Tag kochen. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst, weil eine stetige Brise Kühlung verschaffte. Von dieser Wohnung aus haben wir auch schöne Ausflüge gemacht, z. B. nach Barcelona, Figueres und Girona und in einen französischen Zoo. Für eine 3-4köpfige Familie eine schöne Unterkunft, evtl. sogar für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir vielleicht eine große Pfanne oder einen Bräter von zu Hause mitbringen. Als eine Türklinke beschädigt war, hat unsere Kontaktperson sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir haben uns auf Englisch sehr gut verständigen können, und das Ein- und Auschecken sowie die Wohnungsübergabe waren völlig problemlos. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, wir konnten per Internet TV streamen. Die Einrichtung entspricht im Übrigen exakt der Darstellung auf den Bildern im Internet. Lediglich die ein oder andere Gebrauchsspur war zu erkennen. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt und einen großartigen Sommerurlaub hier verbracht. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war gut. Jedoch war das Hochbett leider so Tief das, die Person die unten schlafen muss keinen Platz hat um sich gerade zu aufzurichten und falls man dann einmal unachtsam ist, spürt man nur noch die Harte Holzkante am seinem Kopf(was sehr schmerzhaft ist). Das Apartment ist nah am Wasser aber dafür auf der ganz anderen Seite von Empuriabrava von der man locker mal eine Halbe Stunde zur Stadt läuft. Bis auf die Enge Küche und die nicht vorhandene Waschmaschine gibt es an der Wohnung nichts zu meckern. Doch falls ihr euch das Apartment Mietet passt auf denn der Makler wollte uns erst unsere Kaution nicht wieder geben, weil wir in einem Zimmer nicht gefegt haben und wir noch Essen was wir nicht wegschmeißen wollten in der Küche gelassen haben.

Waren zu 4 in diesem Appartement.Es ist sauber,vor kurzem renoviert mit einer tollen Aussicht.Auf dem einen Balkon sieht man das Meer und auf dem anderen die Boote und Yachten.Zu Fuß 100m bis zum Strand.Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder groß genug.Netter Kontakt bei der Übergabe.Zu empfehlen

Très belle ville avec joli canaux et mer nous étions dans un bel appartement et notre propriétaire monsieur Enric très très sympa et depuis nos terrasses une très belle vue juste que s'il y avait eu parasol sur la terrasse ça aurait été mieux car pendant notre séjour il a fait très chaud,mais on a passés un bon sejour

nice place! Enrik was very helpful and speaks perfect english. sheets and towels are 10 euro pp extra. everything you need other than sheets and towels is there. good location on the quiet side of town. about 15- 20 mins walk to the city centre.
