On the second level is a gorgeous open space including the kitchen, dining area with a table for 8, great room with couches and large TV; kitchen island with 4 chairs where the cook can be part of the action. Books and games are in the breakfront. There is a large deck overlooking the beach and ocean and the sunrise if you are awake then. This deck is connected to the walkway to the beach. There is a bedroom on this level with a queen bed and a twin bed, ensuite full bath and a westward facing deck to enjoy the sunset! On the third floor is a spacious owners suite with a lovely tiled ensuite bath and separate enclosed shower. The huge suite opens up to a private deck with panoramic ocean views. As well, another westward facing bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, private deck and full bath is located here. The washer and dryer are found on this level as well. My family and I had a great stay here at Bramhall in Kure Beach. The view is beautiful and the property had everything we needed to enjoy. When we arrived the property was very clean and they even had a handwritten note and birthday sign for my daughter. It was such a nice way to make us feel special. iTrip was only a text away if we needed anything but we didn't need anything at all! I look forward to booking again in the future.

Heart Tones was an amazing property! The staff did a great job preparing this property and each room met a need for our travel party. The boys loved the bunked bed. We may look at this property again if we decide to visit the Wilmington area again.

This is a GREAT place to stay in Kure Beach! The property and amenities matched the online description and photos well. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach from multiple windows, upstairs and down, as well as the spacious deck. Access to the beach was so easy, and having an outdoor shower and handy hose made rinsing sand from feet and chairs simple. The property's proximity to restaurants was great--multiple excellent options could be reached via short walks or drives. The kitchen was well-equipped and WiFi worked well. Self-check-in was smooth, and communication with owner/manager was timely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This property was perfect for us! Four bedrooms/four bathrooms—perfect for our group of four! The location right on the beach can’t be beat! The house, while needing some cosmetic attention, was impeccably clean and extremely well furnished. Just two minor “issues: the instructions for entering the front door could be a bit more detailed. Trying to make the code, deadbolt, and door knob all come together for entry was tricky. Also, it appeared there was no water line hook up to the refrigerator. Didn’t miss the water through the door, but you sure could use an ice maker at the beach! Not insurmountable issues, but issues nonetheless. Other than that, would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

This rental is very clean, furnished kitchen, absolutely beautiful scenery on the balconies and being on the beach front, unlimited views of the ocean. Private walkway is a plus.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Kure Beach. The house was so close to the beach and accommodated all of my family nicely. The only thing I would say is that the windows really need better curtains or blinds, in the bathrooms especially. The ones in the living room were ok but one of them didn't work at all. (I guess that would depend in individual privacy preferences). The "green" bedroom upstairs had poor lighting. Those are simple things that could be changed. Overall we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location! Right on the beach. Pictures/videos of the house are accurate. The view of the beach from the master bedroom and living area was picture perfect :) We encountered mostly cool weather the whole week. It rained and was cool one day, so our movements were limited, but the games that were provided, kept the fun going :) Hopefully we'll be able to visit again next summer.

The place is immaculate. It was super clean and we felt home staying at their place. The views were even more beautiful than the listing picture. You can literally walk into the beach. Well stocked with utensils ,towels and everything you need to stay with your family. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely one back again. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions during and before the stay.

The place was awesome, clean, nice and just what we expected from the pics. the location was great. nice and easy walk out to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone...plenty of plates and dishes. everything was nice and will stay there again.

The unit was not the cleanest. In the master, the bathroom rugs were all gray because they didn’t look like they had ever been washed. We washed our sheets halfway through our stay and I do not think we had clean linens on the bed when we arrived. There were stains on the dust ruffle and the tablecloths also had visible stains. The overall cleanliness was not the best. Within 24 hours of arrival, we had to reach out because there was a hornets nest on the balcony, there was a chair that was broken in the other master and my father in law fell through the chair, and their was a deck board that was not nailed in. The deck wasn’t in the best shape and had a lot of rusty nails. The management company did respond promptly and fixed the items. On our last night there, the door off the kitchen to the back deck broke and you were not able to open the door from the inside, which is a hazard if there was an emergency and we needed to get out quickly. The management company acknowledged the text we sent, but did not come to the property. There was a lot of kitchen supplies available. The pictures of the living area were kind of deceiving and the living area wasn’t as big as we expected. They did great at communicating with us and the location was close to the pier and restaurants.

My family spent four days during spring break at Bramhall by the Sea and loved everything about the duplex and the location! We ranged in ages from 4 to 84 and everyone was content with the accommodations. It was clean and very spacious with great closet space and wonderful porches overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped to meet all our needs. I look forward to another visit !!!

We enjoyed our visit to Kure Beach. The location of the home was perfect for visiting Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, the aquarium and the State Park. The rooms and closet space were perfect. We were very pleased how well the kitchen was stocked for meal preparation. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was perfectly cleaned.
The coffee maker failed on day 4 and a new one was delivered in a few hours.
The light on the night table in the bedroom on the living kitchen level was broken when we arrived. To operate one must plug and unplug from the wall.

Great location. . .on the beach and within a short drive to excellent restaurants! Plenty of room for 7 adults and an infant; enjoyed visiting with everyone in the kitchen/dining area. Easy to reach property manager. Very responsive if you encounter any issues. Made the check-in and out process easy and stress free. Highly recommend this location for a great, relaxing vacation.

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend on Kure Beach at Bramhall by the Sea. The location couldn’t be better—great views of the ocean from the great room and master BR. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together great meals.

The house cleaning completed prior to our arrival could have been a bit more thorough. one of the bathroom had old blood on the wall and the shower curtain was molded. one of the bedrooms needed the light bulbs replaced as well as the bed spreads had seen better days. The master bedroom had lotion bottles and used water bottles under the bed and near the balcony doorway. The deck was really worn and the wood needed repair, as there were many nails working their way out, and I actually stubbed my toe (definitely needed to wear some sore of foot wear). A friend actually stepped onto the deck and had the heel of his foot break through, we had to cover it with an outside table to make sure no one else did the same thing. We did kill a few cockroaches in the lower floor rooms of the house. We obviously aren't from NC, so I don't know if they would be a common occurance.
Other than those kinds of things, we all had a very nice time and made the best of the opportunity to be near the ocean. Location was great and the neighborhood seemed nice.

This property is located in one of the best places in Kure beach. the location simply cannot be beaten. The property is large and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. The management company was responsive.

We loved our stay at Bramhall-by-the-Sea. Being right on the beach was a great experience. Yes, it you'll find some of the unit to be "tired". But you can't beat the value. We also loved the location in Kure beach. There's no large crowds and traffic. Kure beach has some nice dining and a few shops. But if you want a more of the beach-destination amenities, Carolina beach is just a few miles down the road.

We had a great time staying here! Easy access to beach. Close to a few restaurants and a short walk to the pier. If you are looking for a quiet costal town this is your place. Only had two minor issues and both were addressed quickly and professionally. Would certainly come back again

We had a great stay! The price for this location just cannot be beat. We loved being oceanfront. Check-in was efficient, and we were even notified the house was ready an hour early, which was such a nice surprise. I would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was also clean. Where it fell short was condition. Blinds were abysmal. Furniture was old and tired. Decor was all over the place/2nd hand store/1980s. That, perhaps could be considered a matter of taste-but we 5 occupants agreed. The main deck was large with a beautiful view-one of the reasons we chose the property. It is however in need of serious repair-loose boards, sanding, sealing. Going barefoot would not be advised. Again, we all agreed it was an accident waiting to happen-especially if there were children involved. It didn’t detract from our overall stay but some fixes or description changes should be made for an accurate, true representation.
