We chose this hotel for proximity to the trailhead for our hike in the Dolomites. Reception was very friendly and helped with all our questions. Our room large and bathroom was modern, and we had a great view from our window.
Restaurant wasn't open the day we were there, would have been nice to try.

I liked location at first, calm area, vintage looks of room with furniture, value of room and easy acess.
Also availability of devices were excellent : microwave, blender, kettle, coffe machine and complete kitchen with spoons, forks, knives, plates were really a bonus and unexpected one.
I did not like that nobody was cleaning my room for a 3 days. Not a single visit which was extremely bad.
View in the room as I could look what other people do in rooms and in opposite as well. Only 1 window for the complete apartment...
The owner should mention in welcome message that there is garage which costs of 8 euros/day 800m to hotel and not the one 30 euros/day.

The room was very spacious, with a sitting area and a separated kitchen. Check in instructions were clear and the staff helpful when we couldn’t find the remote for the A/C (it’s behind the bedroom door). Very well located, with buses and trams nearby, quiet neighbourhood. Great price for the 3nights we stayed there. Some might consider the room/building a bit dated, but it gives it a lot of character and history!
The location of the plugs: we couldn’t find plugs next to the side tables but there were other plugs in the room.

Bahar, the owner of the property, shared with us her phone number upon arrival, and she was available to answer all our questions within minutes. The reception room was also open most of the time during the day, and you could reach out to the management easily by phone. Bahar also helped us arrange a wheelchair for my elderly father with a medical supply store nearby, which was very kind of her. Our room was cleaned every other day, and when we requested clean towels were provided and sheets were changed. It is a beautiful property with spacious apartments. We had everything that we needed in our 2-bedroom apartment. We felt very welcome, comfortable and at home. The location is also great, walking distance to the museum quarter.
