About this apartment rental
This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rental, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
Reservations require the signing of a lease agreement and a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.
The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted.
Recently furnished and very well equipped. One bedroom with two double beds and a large, newly purchased sofa bed for two people. The dining room and kitchen are located in a separate area. There is a bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning and central heating throughout the apartment. Please specify if you would like the sofa bed to be converted into a bed upon arrival.
The property is located on the second floor without an elevator.
Services and Common Areas
Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.
Other things to note
Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.
Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Likewise, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the contract, in addition to possible intervention by the competent authorities.
It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the home during your stay.

This place is a bit brighter than the photos suggest. It's not as yellow as they look, it's quite nicer.Everything was clean, the bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything you needed. The Aircon was the saviour of our week in hot hot Madrid. It was so good, you really didn't need to wait much for it to cool down the whole place. Somewhere I read that one of the beds was single, but it's not. Both are doubles. Because of this we didn't get to test the sofa as we were very comfortable on the beds. What I failed to notice is that the flat is in a second floor with no elevator. So my elderly parents were quite out of breath every time we went in. Apart from this, the area is perfect! So close to Gran Via, a walk away from Plaza Mayor. It's also close to bus and metro stops, your basically in the middle of everything. Communication was really good, and even though it had to be a personal check-in (prefer when you can do it at whatever time without waiting for somebody) it all went smoothly. When I come back to Madrid I'll reserve this place for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in Chueca-Madrid. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. It was easy to get around the city, and the neighborhood felt safe and lively. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
