The customer service was rxtraordinary and so personable. My little grand niece loved the Spielzimmwr (pkay room).The lit candles in the hall added yo the charm. Lovedc eating outside w spectacular view Breakfast was healthy and filling. I was impressed w the use of organic products. We had a Familienzimmer and did not mind at all that the toiket and shower were on the floor,rather than in the room. There were plenty of toiket and shower facilities.Rigi Klösterli exudes a spiritual well being and I highly recommend it. The staff,esp the woman at reception was a warm and attentive personable professional.Danke viilmals.
