The master suite has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area offers a great common area to lounge around and is completely open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room both off the living area as well. Sit on the covered back porch overlooking the 100 acre ranch and absorb the pretty and peaceful surroundings; what a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee whilst planning out your day! In the evenings, soak all your troubles away in the private hot tub during a hill country sunset you'll never forget! If your lucky you may even cross paths with the sweet couple that owns the ranch and resides in the main house. SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s).
