Tolle Lage und schöne Umgebung, viele Möglichkeiten zu machen dort. Allerdings wäre es toll wenn man vom Vermieter mehr Informationen über Lage, Unternehmungen usw bekommen würde.

Mit grosser Freude haben wir mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern 12 Tage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Der Pool war sehr sauber, Billard und Kickertisch ok. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben den schönen Pool und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen in vollen Zügen genossen. Im Haus selbst gibt es jede Menge Platz und es hat nahezu jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten waren alle super und bis auf die extrem langsame Kaffee-Maschine war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit und Zustand des Mobiliars würden wir als ok beschreiben und für kroatische Standards in Ordnung. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin vor Ort hat gut funktioniert. Beim 2. Anlauf haben wir auch die wunderschöne Küste entdeckt an der es einsame Buchten gibt - wunderschön. Generell war man, mit dem Auto, sehr schnell beim Supermarkt (Lidl, Plodine in Medulin), in Medulin und Umgebung. Wir können wir es im Großen und Ganzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Haus, besser hätten wir es nicht antreffen können. Die Aufteilung eignete sich hervorragend um mit mehreren Pärchen dort zu wohnen. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich und ein eigenes Bad. Die schöne Außenküche mit großem Tisch diente für gesellige gemeinsame Stunden. Der Pool war sauber und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. (Achtung: Die Reinigungsfirma tauchte einfach ohne Ankündigung auf, und stand im Haus ;) Anfangs waren zu wenige Handtücher vor Ort, nach Rücksprache haben wir aber in der zweiten Woche ordentlich Nachschub erhalten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, und es wurde sich immer schnell um Problemlösungen gekümmert. Einzig mit dem Whirlpool haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen machen können. Alles in allem war das Haus noch viel schöner als erwartet, und wir würden es sofort nochmal buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen. Die Lage war super, da wir ein Auto vor Ort hatten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der direkt fußläufig erreichbare Strand war nicht unser Favorit, aber wir haben schöne Ecken in der Nähe finden können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung.

Wir verbrachten mit drei Familien einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Lediglich die KüchenAusstattung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber nach einer kurzen Information an die Agentur, bekamen wir die gewünschten Sachen. Sauber, gut gelegen. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Meer ( Hafen / Strandbar/ Strände), kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ruhiger Wohnort, doch mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebhafteren Medulin. Schöner Pool mit Außenküche, die Schafzimmer sind auf drei verschiedenen Ebenen mit zwei Ensuite- Bäder angeordnet. Lässt sich sehr gut mit zwei Familien nutzen!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr schön, wahnsinnig groß und die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Hier wurde nicht beschönigt oder vorteilhaft fotografiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist prima uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider ist die Lage nicht perfekt wofür das Haus aber nichts kann. Wir hatten 3 Kinder dabei (O, 1,5 und 3 Jahre alt). Am "Hauptstrand/ Hafen" gibt es einen künstlichen Strand der jedoch nicht sehr einladend ist. Nach 5m feiner Kies kommt nur noch schlamm, desweiteren liegt bzw. schwimmt viel Müll im Wasser. Hier gibt es auch einen Kinderspielplatz der leider sehr kaputt ist (Schaukeln durchgerostet nicht mehr nutzbar etc.) Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub.

The Villa was very comfortable, clean and well provided as described at the time of booking. The bedrooms are separated to three areas of the villa which was great for little ones and definitely 12 could stay there without feeling on top of each other. The owner and manager responded immediately to any queries or questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. The villa is situated in a lovely village with several small shops and restaurants. The local people were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus that goes to Medulin and Pula. The sea is about 15 minutes walk. One small thing that could be improved is that we arrived about 1030pm with two small children. A welcome pack with even if it was just milk and a couple of sachets of coffee/tea would have been most welcome. We would definately stay there again

Wir waren zu 10 über Pfingsten in Liznjan. Das Haus hat alles erfüllt was wir erwartet haben. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, außerdem war es sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Leider war es von den umliegenden Häusern relativ laut.

We were 11 people, 8 adults and 3 small children. We enjoyed the holiday very much. Our contact person was available at any moment if we needed anything. There was a little shop nearby that had surprisingly a lot of things. There were also a couple of restaurants and a pharmacy close by. You could walk to the beach, which was calm, cozy and not a lot of tourists. Several beach bars there where you could eat ice cream, coffee and drinks. Great for children, but on days with wind (happened two out of seven days) there were waves they didn't enjoy, so we stayed in the pool or went to other beaches. We had rented cars, and this is quite necessary if you want to move around, we visited several interesting places nearby, suiting both children and adults. The house was clean, well equipped, the contact person was flexible and adjusted to our needs. There were a few things we missed in the house. The layout was not completely practical with children, as the house was very big and with a few places that could be dangerous for the most little one (aged 3), but this went very fine. The playing area was situated in the middle of a staircase, and we ended up not really using this space. But they loved the pool. The pool table was usable, but worn out, the darts was not usable due to broken arrows, the sauna was in good condition. We had one bedroom without air condition (though the person sleeping there said the room was cool naturally), a part from this there were conditioning in all bedrooms/livingroom/exercise room. The pillows were extremely large, we ended up buying pillows or making one out of clothes. The coffee machine took an extreme amount of time (almost 2 hours to finish one full can), though surprisingly no one had complained about this before! All in all we loved the stay, we had days in the house and days we moved more around. We went to beautiful beaches, ancient places, or just to a cafe in the nearby city Medulin. We can recommend the house and the place!

We could check in and out flexible which is definitely not common and the administrator showed us everything we should know. Supermarkets can be reached in 5 min by car and Pula is about 15 min away. The village is really cute and the sea not to far away. You can do a great walk down to the sea and spend time relaxing on the rocks. The only thing you should know is that the sauna is not a 'real sauna' but more an infra red cabin with temperatures up to 60 degrees. Apart from that everything was as expected and I would recommend a stay!

Seega kes vajavad vähe rohkem privaatsust olid keldrikorruse tubades ja teised jagasime vastavalt nägemusele.Basseini kõrval hea istumisala, kust lapsi basseinis jälgida ja seal sai ka enamus aja söödud. Asukoht villal väga hea, restoran üle ukse(kus väga maitsvad toidud ja saab ka 10% igapäevaselt soodustust) pood ca 200 m,apteek ca 350 m. Pizzeria ca 500 m kus ka väga hea köök. Lähim väike linn on Medulin ja seal on õhtuti väga mõnus jalutada ja nautida ka kohalikku sööki. Suurem linn on Pula, mis on 10 km. Suurem toidu pood ca 2,5 km. Rannas käisime saarel, kuhu läheb iga natukese aja tagant paat. Meie juurest paadile mineku sihtkohta ca 3,5 km. Ühesõnaga jäime väga väga rahule ja oleksin nõus iga kell sinna tagasi minema. AITÄH! I´m sorry, my english is not enough good to write. Soy I tell you in finish. Meitä oli 4 aikuista pariskuntaa, joten avaimia olisi pitänyt olla useammat. Muuten kaikki oli loistavaa. Talo oli hyvin varustettu ja puhdas. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja neuvoivat hyvät paikat joissa myös kävimme. Läheinen ravintola (Conoba Galiola) oli myös hyvä paikka ja ruoka oli herkullista. Erittäin hyvä, että jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone. We were very satisfied with our decision for villa palera! The house is very spacious and modern furnished. Everything is clean and in good condition. We were welcomed warmley by Mr. Hrvoje, who showed us the house and told us a lot about the nearest points of interest! The beach: At first sight we were shocked, the nearest beach (on the right handside, I think the main beach of liznjan) is not recommendable. It seems dirty and uninviting... but we discovered another beach side on the left handside (follow the sign Kalahari bar), there it was perfect for us and the kids! Clear water, few people and in walking distance from the house (ca. 15 minutes). Next to the villa is a restaurant, called Galioli with good food and a really nice, helpful waitress (Irina?). Mostly we drove to medulin at night for dining, shopping and luna park! The villa is very good situated and everything is reachable within 1 hour by car (waterpark in novigrad, beautifully Rovinj, breathtaking landscape at cap kamenjak...) a lot to discover in istria! We had no boring minute within our 12 days in liznjan and we highly recommend this house to everybody! But we discovered another beach,

De villa is mooi en lekker ruim! wij hebben er met 12 jongeren door gebracht. De keuken is niet enorm luxe, maar we hebben er prima kunnen koken. Wel word al het marmer erg glad als je met vochtige voeten naar binnenloopt. ook is er niet overal airco. Het restaurant naast de villa is erg goed en het is leuk dat je er korting krijgt. Verder zit er een leuke beachbar in de buurt en zijn de taxi's niet duur!

The beds were not so comfortable. The kitchen was quite small considering that we were 11 persons to cook for. The floors were slippery - especially around the outside pool. The property was clean and nice but not so well planned for small children. There was no high chair for our toddler. The manager was very service minded. The restaurant next door gave us 10% discount. The nearby beach was ok but not extraordinary. I would recommend this house for families without children under 3 years of age. The outside kitchen had a very slow barbecue but the table was a nice place to gather around in the evenings.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt (Sauberkeit, Räumlichkeiten, Pool, Austattung)! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren acht Personen und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
