Wer ein Hotel mit Meerblick direkt in La Spezia sucht, ist hier falsch; der Weg ist mit dem Auto als "herausfordernd" (;-) ) zu bezeichnen; die Straße sollte max. mit einem Auto der Mittelklasse befahren werden. Manm kann das Auto auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz sicher unterbringen. Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin dort abgeholt, da der Weg über die Treppe von Parkplatz zu Appartement herausfordernd sein könnte.
Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin ist als hervorragend zu berichten; das Willkommen wurde von einer Flasche Wein mit unserem Namen versehen und div. Kleiningkeiten fürs erste Frühstück gestaltet; einfach herrlich!
Der nächste Supermarkt für das tägliche Leben ist ca. 8 Kilometer entfernt.
All Fragen nach einem Restaurant, Parkplatz in La Spezia wurde sofort per What´s up mit Link zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir hatten das Appartment "Pocerale". welches einen fantastischen Blick in Tal in Richtung Meer ermöglicht - Meerblick hat man jedoch nicht. Alle anderen Appartments haben nur den Blick auf den Hof oder zum Nachbarhaus.
Für Personen mit Einschräkung ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen, da man schon in der Lager sein sollte Treppen zu steigen.
Wir haben diskutiert, ob wir hier etwas erwähnen sollten; es ist uns einfach nichts eingefallen. Wer dieses Haus bucht, bucht einfach nur die herzliche ital. Gastfreundschaft.

Francesa recieves her guests with much care. She takes time to explain everything: what places to visit, where to park the car, which little towns along Ligurian riviera are must see etc. And take few minutes to talk with her, she will give you interesting insights about Italian people and regions (she loves Napoli :) )
Apartment is furnished in traditional local style, you go back in time and that makes your experience much more authentic. We and kids asked ourselves, how it is possible that 4 days went so fast? It was like a day. Did I mention the view? Apuan Alps are breathtaking, you can enjoy them all day long.
We were there when there was a heat wave in Italy, temeperatures were at the peak all the time. But inside apartment it was nice and comfortable. There is also forest all around, you can even take a walk to Cinque Terre, just bring you trekking shoes. All great.
