This condo is as pictured, so no surprises there! I will say that the rooms a bit dark, as there is not much in the way of overhead lighting, and the ceilings were pretty low in the primary bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with dish ware, pots, pans, utensils and such. The beds were firm and comfortable. The property management is courteous and responsive. I felt we had a good price for a summer weekend stay.

We spent President's Day weekend and overall had a very good experience and would recommend.
Location was great. Not true ski in-out. But easy access. 5 minute easy mostly flat walk to the Quicksilver lift on a pathway along the river. For return, there is a break in the fence near the lift with a shortcut where you can almost ski back in, but we didn't find this right away though.
Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The dishwasher has seen better days (racks kept coming off track) but everything else was great.
Loved the dining/family room area, couch was very cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. As others have noted, the king size bed in the master bedroom is so very uncomfortable - hard as can be, and we did not sleep well. The kids were comfortable in the queens and daybed. A few of the furnishings are older or temporary (ie, a few lamps on folding TV dinner type trays) but overall, plenty of space for all. The three bathrooms was a treat for us, especially with two teenagers.
Communication is through the management company but no issues. Check-in was easy.
(Don't forget to use the parking pass! We arrived at 11pm and didn't put it out right away... came back to our rental with a warning sticker adhered to the window which took almost half an hour to scrub off.)
Overall, great location, lots of space, nice enough furnishings. We had a good experience and can recommend.

Struggled to find the unit as it is described as “205” but all units had a letter (a, b or c) following the numbers on the door.
The walk to the lift was a hike. Def not ski I /out.
The hot tub was also a 5-7 min walk across the road. . Nice Hottub’s but the walk back to the unit was COLD.
Unit was cozy with a fire place. The double bedroom bath was dirty.

This location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to just about everything (even our 4 year old could handle it) but out of the hustle and bustle of town. The riverside location was very relaxing for my wife and I to enjoy a peaceful moment while the kids were entertained with the toys inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location--close to town and the back deck overlooked the Blue River, so peaceful! It has beautiful furniture, rustic and cool decor, everything needed to cook etc., and was very comfortable and spacious. I was there with only my daughter (36 year old), but we felt it was spacious enough to have 2 couples and a few kids stay without feeling crowded. We didn't love the pillows and the bed was a bit firm for me, but that is just personal preference.

We loved this condo, and couldn't have been happier with it. Close enough to walk everywhere downtown, a great pool and hot tubs, and we loved the river sounds from the deck. I highly recommend it!

Perfect place on the river and walking distance to town
We love this area of Breckenridge. It is quiet, right on the river, has a pool and hot tub, and is walking distance to town. The condo was very nice - clean and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable and 3 bathrooms is a definite plus. We will stay here again!

Wonderful! Spacious!
We stayed 4 nights during spring break 22 with our family of four. I was not able to ski because of injury, so I stayed behind at the condo to relax while the rest of my family skied with friends. The condo is very roomy, with a fantastic living area that looks out into the woods and has a warm fireplace. I am in love with the leather sectional couches... and want to thank you for making the living area a great place to gather. (Would suggest moving the TV to the corner and anything else blocking the gorgeous view!) The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, too. Because I wasn't skiing, I was the driver to take our family members to/from the walkway that is situated next to the Marriott about 200-300 yards away; the walkway leads down across the Blue River to the Quicksilver lift- about 150 yards more. The condo is not ski in/ski out, and honestly is too of a long walk from there to the Quicksilver lift in ski boots; if you throw some shoes in a backpack for the walk from the condo to the lift, it is doable but not ideal. The outdoor hot tubs/pool that are shared among many condos along Columbine Road are very nice, and are located across two parking lots (roughly a 150 yard walk) and are accessed by a code that is left for you in your condo paperwork. At times the hot tubs were very crowded since so many condo units along the loop there have access. Still a very nice perk after a long day of skiiing! I would definitely rent this spacious condo again for our family. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great location! Cozy condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was regarding the hot tub. It is further from our room than we anticipated and they closed super early at 8pm.

Great condo, poor sleep
We loved this condo with a couple exceptions. The balcony overlooks a river, so we kept the backdoor open to fill the condo with the sound of flowing water. This truly gave it a peaceful mountain woods feel, plus the condo backs up to forest. The place seemed very clean. Size was great for 5 gals. Our main complaints were that the beds were very very firm, and there were no fans whatsoever. Without A/C in the middle of summer, the condo was hot and stagnant at night. We all slept poorly as a result. Some simple improvements would be adding pillowtop mattresses, or at least 1-2 softer mattresses, and having some box fans or the like available. Still had a lovely time!

As soon as we walked in we knew we had to stay one more day. We loved the river outside our window and the proximity to downtown and to trails. Loved it!!!

Close to perfect!
We really enjoyed our week long stay. The ice maker was full upon arrival, good array of spices, oils and condiments. Plenty of space for our things closets and drawers were empty with lots of hangers. Master bed was very firm but also quite comfortable. Washer and dryer are Bosch and worked great. Garbage and parking were close and easy. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and kids loved the pool. Hot Tubs were popular but we enjoyed chatting with others and it was close. Cut straight across versus going through driveway. Definitely Ski In especially following paths through the woods. Short trek to lifts, kids handled it fine. A few things to note.
The second bedroom cable box wasn't hooked up, also both remotes were without batteries. After finding batteries from another remote and switching them back and forth hooking up the cable was easy enough. The next day batteries were brought upon request.
The unit is accessed through a shared hallway which was nice. There is a shallow ski closet, was told the deadbolt on the closet matched a key from the unit but we didn't find that to be the case. But we did use the closet for our skis and it worked well.
Darker or light blocking curtains or blinds for the master would be a nice addition.
The unit is on the second floor and you hear noise from above. For the most part we couldn't hear voices but you can hear when people are walking around.
On our last night there was a very loud after hours party somewhere above us. People were screaming and chatting and having a great time:) I assume someone had it stopped as the noise ended abruptly around 2:30. It was a sour note to end our otherwise great stay.

Large, convenient, great!
The property is large and comfortably furnished. We had a great trip! Contrary to some other reviews it is in fact ski-in ski-out. Our children including a preschooler made the short trek to the lifts every day without any trouble. Great place to stay!

The lights on either side of the master bedroom bed do not work. Made it hard to read in bed. The fireplace did not work, there is a light out in the Dining room chandelier. Property was advertised as a ski-in-out place, not accurate. Long walk to the #9 lift.

Pictures are not accurate of location of hot tub or pool. There also is only one pool and small hot tub shared by like 10 condos. About a 150 yard walk in the middle of winter. Fire place also only worked one day.

Summer stay
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well furnished—plenty of dishes, towels etc. We only had three people so we only used two of the beds—there were plenty of places to sleep! We liked listening to the stream right outside. It is roomy, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There were a few condiments and some spices that were left which was nice. The reason for the 4 stars—it could have been cleaner. There was a stain in the carpet, the “decorative” bowl on the dining table was filthy (had dried chunks of food in it—I washed it), a couple of the “extra” blankets we used for curling up on the couch were dirty and the master bathroom tub needed a good scrubbing—it looked and felt quite dirty. Our other observation was that the condo was quite dark (as a result of being literally in the woods and on the stream—which is also a “pro”!)—just an FYI for future renters. The decor wasn’t my favorite—but that is personal preference although maybe they could store the Christmas tree during the summer! Overall a good value for the price although I would probably opt for Mountain View next time

Great Location
The property could use a deep cleaning. There was trash on the floor in one of the bedrooms and was overall just very dusty and grimy. The murphy bed mattress should be upgraded as well. There was only one spare key but we were fine with that since we used the lock box key during our stay. The hot tubs and pool were nearly impossible to find since they were located on another property, so directions to that would have been appreciated. The setup of the property was perfect for our stay and the location backing up to the river was incredible. Communication with the property management company was great and I'd be happy to use them for my next booking.

A wonderful AirBnB - right on the river!
Once we got into the property, we were very happy with the place. The only problem we had was getting into thecondo. The instructions were good - to a point...there needs to be more clarity in how to get the key from the lockbox (the instructions lead you to believe that once the combo is put in, the door will open - but you actually have to open the box to get the key to open the door...not very clear there!) But we called the management company and they had someone there within minutes. The best thing about this place is the location! Right on the river, and sitting on the deck listening to the water with the sunlight streaming through the trees - heaven! We were in Breckenridge for our grandson's wedding and their house was less than 5 minutes away which made it ideal for everyone. Because of the festivities all weekend we didn't get to spend a lot of time in the condo, but I definitely felt right at home and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. I would definitely recommend Snowdogs to anyone!

Excellent condo, very private and close to everything
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace and living area was great and the view spectacular. The short walk to the lift and downtown made our days and nights fun filled.
