The hotel is great for relaxing and is family friendly. Walking distance to the supermarket and town.

The countryside vineyard was beautiful and relaxing.
We chose this place because it had a pool and an outdoor area to play and lounge in - but when we arrived the pool was green from algae, so we couldn’t use the pool.
While the staff tried to accommodate when we requested something - like air conditioning as advertised; we were told after 3 days that the management knew about it being broken but has yet to do anything about it. We had a very hot 🥵 and humid experience trying to get ready for a welcome dinner and on another day a wedding! We were not offered any apologies or compensation either.
One day I was invited to have a coffee from the machine, the next day I was informed it was broken - then it miraculously working few hours when a different person was working.

The setting is gorgeous, the detailing in the garden is nice. The pool is refreshing.
As nice as the property looks, the price didn’t match with the service nor the amenities in the room. The first day we had towels with stains and holes in them, which was corrected after a complaint, the 3rd day we had no towels (very inconvenient if you find out after you took a shower) they were delivered later and again had their famous holes in them. The seating arrangement outside was broken and only had 1 chair, the bedroom lights fell down and the cleaning lady left them there the whole duration of our stay. The breakfast was mediocre, the staff obviously had no F&B experience and at peak hrs the place looked more like a canteen. The property is beautiful but lacks proper management and trained staff. Not worth’s 150€ a night.

There was not the hospitality service that you expect for a 4 star property.There was lack of management and staff was not properly trained.Breakfast was mediocre.
