excellent staff

Perfect location - just 2 minutes walk from the centre of town. Breakfast was great - plenty to choose from and all fresh. I forgot my phone charger but reception lent me one for the duration of my stay. Room spotlessly clean and bed made every day. Air conditioning worked well and was much needed!

The staff was amazing. The breakfast has lots of choice: from cereals , to bread to sweets and FRESH FRUIT . Rooms clean. Spacious . Quiet sorroundings

It's a good hotel near a park with lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. There is a bus stop 50m away and the station is 10mins on foot. In fact, everything you need like shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc. is within easy walking distance.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great.

The heating in our bedroom wasn’t working, the staff kindly tried to accommodate us in another room although it was like a downgrade (smaller and with no small fridge), at the end they borrow a portable heater which helped. The breakfast is ok, but not the best for a 4 start hotel. The spa is a few meters from the hotel, the entrance to there was weird and the pool was not as hot as we thought.

The pool and the Vichy massage were excellent. The city park was right next to the hotel, a good place for a late afternoon walk, and great restaurants nearby.

The AC was a bit problematic and failed during one of the hottest days of our stay.

The room was nice, the facilities of the hotel and the location were good.

It is far below the 4 stars expectations. The worst was that the SPA was closed and we did not receive any information about it beforehand. We were 4 friends who booked that hotel especially to enjoy a spa day, we only learned once we got there that it was not an option! We were only given an "I'm sorry" and 15 min free massage. The towels and robe were all ripped and with holes, the breakfast was poor, the staff was not making any effort to support us or make our stay better.
