Localização, limpeza e conforto!
Só achei que o quarto estava muito quente quando cheguei. Sugiro que quando vai ter entrada de hóspede deixe previamente o ar condicionado ligado.

Instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo muy limpio y no le falta detalle. Las camas grandes y cómodas.
La ubicación estupenda, muy cerca del magikland.
Si volvemos a Penafiel, sin duda repetiremos.

The location is good, and the property has a special charm because it is set in a very old house, with beautiful stone staircases. I stayed in Room 2, which has a small balcony overlooking the street.
Check-in is very easy and convenient, with a code for the main entrance to the building and another code for the room door.
There is also a coffee machine in the room with two complimentary coffee capsules.
The room does not have an iron, which can be a real inconvenience if you are counting on having one available. If you need to iron your clothes, there is a laundry nearby, about a five-minute walk away.
The remote customer service is quite poor. I had to ask three times for soap to be provided in my room. The first time, nobody came. After my second request, they refilled only one soap dispenser and forgot the other one inside the shower. It was only after the third request that the issue was finally resolved.
Communication can also be difficult. Sometimes messages sent via WhatsApp go unanswered, so you need to call instead, and even then, they do not always answer the phone.
Although the property is attractive and has plenty of character, I would not stay here again because of the poor level of service.
