The apartment was light and airy. The rooms were spacious. Plenty wardrobe space. Kitchen was well equipped.Washing machine was very convenient. The location was good, close to seafront, bus stops to Split and Omis and a Tomy supermarket.
Building work was very noisy early mornings. Could do with a towel rail in the bathroom. Another full length mirror in a bedroom would be convenient. The leak under bathroom sink needs fixed. The house rules are misleading as it says don't switch off hot water heater, but then it says switch of electrics before going out, because we were not told where water heater was we switched off electrics and had no hot water all night until we got a lady in the next day. The bottom of the shower tray needs cleaned better, and sink plug needs cleaned. The shelf in the shower needs replaced.Small problems,but enjoyed the stay.

Neubau. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette Gastgeber. Für Familien mit älteren Kindern perfekt.
Nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, da die Wohnung zu hellhörig ist.

Locatie buna, sigura, in vila noua, parcare pe strada aproape de locatie, bucatarie utilata cu toate cele necesare. Un restaurant cu preturi bune in apropiere fiind localizat la jumatatea distantei intre plaja si apartament. Plaja cu pietricele, apa marii foarte limpede si curata. Pana in Split 20 de minute cu masina, Omis - 40 minute, Trogir 50 minute.
Locatia este la aproximativ 10-15 minute de plaja. Aer conditionat exista doar in bucatarie, in cele doua dormitoare nu exista aer conditionat, nu exista plase de tantari la ferestre lucru inconfortabil deoarece noaptea dormeam cu usile de la balcon deschise si intrau tantarii in camere. Sejurul fiind in perioada 28-07.....04-08 fiind o perioada caniculara. Curatenie am gasit cand am preluat camera dupa care nu s-a mai facut curatenie tot sejurul de 7 nopti a trebuit sa facem noi curat. Nu au fost schimbate lenjeriile pe perioada sejurului.

IT WAS A QUAIET AREA. BEACH ARE SO LOVELY.
Is far away from the beach 1km.
There was not a washing machine in apartment. poorly equipped kitchenette.
The air condition is just in living room so 2 others room are so hot . air conditioning founded on the balcony. you must ensure that the water does not spill onto the balcony.
