In September 2022 we stayed 2 weeks in bungalow 19 of the El Paraiso complex in Alcossebre. All rooms in the house (living, kitchen, scullery, sleeping rooms and bathrooms) are spacious and comfortable. The house is a bit dark but that should be an advance in hot summer days. There is a terrace where you can sit with 6 people and a small garden.
There is an area in the resort which has a park-like atmosphere with a large swimming pool and where you can sit or lay on the grass. The resort is fenced and locked so it all is very safe.
Distance to the marina where you can find around 10 restaurants is a an 7-8 minutes walk. The nearest beach is a 5 minutes walk. The center of Alcossebre is around 20 minutes away or 5 by car.
The communication with Antonio was good and the lady who took care of entrance and keys was punctual and friendly.
At last: there is a parking garage in the resort where you have one parking place.
Despite the fact that we had relative mediocre weather (only 4-5 ‘beach’ days during our 14 days stay) we can highly recommend this property.

Séjour parfait et piscine de rêve
Super semaine a Alcossebre dans cette maison qui était parfaite pour notre famille ! Une piscine de rêve avec peu de personnes donc presque juste pour nous, calme, propre et plein d'arbres pour faire de l'ombre.
La maison était très propre et était parfaite pour nous. La terrasse était super pour dîner dehors.
Il y a de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et salon salle à manger.
Le propriétaire était très sympathique et la personne qui nous a accueilli aussi!
Je vous conseille cette maison pour passer des vacances calmes et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper les enfants à deux pas !

Lovely house, great host
The house is clean, well maintained and very spacious for our 5 adults who stayed. The complex is safe, very well maintained and the pool area is very nice. It is in a quieter part of town so be prepared for a walk to the restaurants but we didn't mind it and, at the end of the evening, a 20 minute walk helped to walk off the delicious tapas!
Antonio was a very polite and responsive host and made the experience of booking his property very easy.

Una decepción absoluta
Esperábamos nuestras vacaciones con ganas y muchísima ilusión; pensábamos que íbamos a estar de maravilla, y reconozco que mal, no estuvimos, pero nos equivocamos por completo. Una casa de 3 alturas tiene demasiadas escaleras para 3 niños pequeños, y es un peligro constante, pero esque además, la casa no tiene espacios abiertos para que los peques jugaran seguros...
Debo decir que la urbanización si que es de lujo y está genial y muy bien ubicada, pero la casa de lujo????? A cualquier cosa la llaman lujo... 2 sofás sky totalmente deshechos que sinceramente, mejor quitar del medio que dejarlos en esas condiciones. Una lavadora que no lava; ni la arena de la playa es capaz de quitar... una vitrocerámica ya fundida y con la botonera hundida, bien por el uso, bien por los años, pero vamos, de lujo ni hablar.
Y Antonio, el propietario, que ha resultado ser la mayor de las decepciones.
Se nos fundió la luz del aseo pequeño al día siguiente de llegar, sin luz continuamos el resto de la semana en el baño que más uso tiene.
Tuve que avisarle de que se nos rompió un cristal, y gracias a dios a mi hija de 2 años no le pasó nada, y de paso aproveché para comentarle las limitaciones que habíamos observado en la casa de LUJO; tampoco hizo nada... y lo mejor de todo ha sido cuando nos ha tenido que devolver la fianza. Nos ha descontado 100 euritos de los 300 que le dimos por el cristal y x la botonera de la cocina. El cristal reconozco que fue responsabilidad nuestra, pero la botonera??? Yo no daba crédito cuando me lo decía.... de verdad que no entiendo como se puede ser tan sin vergüenza y ruín.

Ambiente tranquilo y cuidado
La casa y la urbanización están muy bien ubicadas: piscina preciosa; está al lado de una playa; todo muy tranquilo y cuidado. En el pueblo hay otras playas también bonitas; se pueden hacer muchas excursiones. Antonio muy atento a todo.

Perfecto para familias con niños
Tanto el alojamiento como la zona en la que está situado están muy bien. La casa tiene tres pisos y con niños pequeños hay que estar atento pero tiene zonas muy amplias para estar tranquilamente. Piscina y jardín son muy amplios y no muy concurridos.
Hemos disfrutado muchísimo.

Ein toller Urlaub!
Das Haus war traumhaft in einer privaten Anlage direkt an der Straße am Meer! Alles war sehr sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Antonio war sehr unkompliziert in Englisch per WhatsApp möglich. Der Pool war super schön und es waren nur wenige Gäste dort und es war ein Bademeister anwesend. Das Haus steht in der vorletzten Reihe, so dass es ein kleiner Weg bergauf zum Haus ist aber es ist alles sehr schön angelegt! Vom Balkon am Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm und leise. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, aber mit einem SUV ist es etwas eng aber ok. Der Strand Playa de Fuentes ist in 3 min zu Fuß über eine schöne Promenade zu erreichen. Der Café con Leche in der Strandbude ist super ! Dort gibt es auch etwas Abendunterhaltung ( Flamenco, Musik). Auch in der Corona-Zeit haben wir uns überall sicher gefühlt. Draußen ist zur Zeit Maskenpflicht außer am Strand und überall wird desinfiziert. Auch der Strand wird regelmäßig desinfiziert.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!!

Un séjour parfait!
Pour notre premier séjour en Espagne, nous avons été ravi de notre choix.
Avant notre séjour, Antonio a été d’une précision et amabilité parfaite.
Nous avons été accueilli par Mme Ana à notre arrivée qui a été très agréable également.
La maison est parfaite! Encore mieux que sur l’annonce. Elle est très bien agencée, parfaitement équipée et très au calme. Et en même temps toute proche du bord de mer et du petit village d’Alcossebre!
Et que dire de la piscine! Très peu occupée et surveillée par un maître nageur, elle a fait notre bonheur ainsi que celle des enfants.
Je ne peux que recommander cette location où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
Un grand merci à Antonio pour sa gentillesse. Un plaisir d’être en contact avec des personnes aussi sympathiques.

Emplacement exceptionnel !
Villa de standing disposant de toutes les commodités située dans un cadre paradisiaque fleuri et arboré avec piscine exceptionnelle au calme offrant toujours une partie ensoleillée et ombragée (idéale avec de jeunes enfants) . Relations très cordiales avec le Propriétaire toujours très prévenant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et repartirons avec grand plaisir !

Really nice place
Pictures do not do justice to the place. The place was really nice, very clean and owner was very accomodating. One slight drawback there was no wifi. However, i would recommend to stay there anyway.
Alocossebre was not urbanised, lovely town. The beach in the cove was 5 min walk from the villa. Perfect place to swim or catch some sun.
Overall i would definitely recommend the villa and the town for your holiday.

Lovely peaceful location.
We spent 10 days at the Villa, which, as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) it was lovely.
The Villa was spacious, well equipped and clean.
We had great communication from Antonio (the owner) and Ana (local contact). The arrival and departure processes were really easy and without fuss.
Having a private parking space within the underground car park was ideal.
The pool and the complex was beautifully maintained and having a lifeguard on duty a nice added feature.
Alcocebre itself was a really nice place, walking south along the numerous bays was lovely at any time of day.
We would recommend this location for anyone who likes running, cycling and walking as well as those who like to relax by the pool or sea.

Spacious villa in an ideal location near to beach, restaurants and the town.
The villa is in a quiet area in a private complex with shared access to a large pool and gardens. It is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal being around 300m from Playa de las Fuentes with many restaurants just a bit further away at the port. Antonio provided all information and communications quickly and efficiently with suggestions for local places of interest and restaurants. We can
certainly recommend this villa and would return again.

Superbes vacances
Jolie maison, coquette,propre,équipée de tout le confort moderne dans une superbe résidence fleurie ,bien entretenue, très belle piscine, face a la mer , à deux pas du port et des commerces. Meilleure location sur alcôceber depuis 5ans que nous venons dans cette station balnéaire. Merci à Antonio pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. À recommander sans hésitation. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

A beautiful town house in a quaint little seaside town
We were a family of four (10 and 11 year olds) and spent 6 nights in Antonio's house and had an amazing time, so much so that we decided against doing outside activities, to take full advantage of the place.
The house was impeccably clean (something we are particular about, thanks Ana!) and tastefully decorated. The yard and grounds are full of bougainvilleas and other tropical plants, all artfully kept and cared for. The pool area is a real paradise, with few people (all surrounding hotels were full but we had plenty of space to ourselves). The groundskeeper, the lifegard and the residents were all nice, respectful people. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and boardwalks go all the way down the beaches for runners like me (but better do it early in the morning, it's hot!).
Just a few things to plan for and consider:
- there is no Wifi, we saw an internet cable but didn't have our computer with us. But you can buy an Orange International SIM card (for all the north-americans like us who have exorbitant fees for international cell phone and data service) in a electronics store in the downtown area. Choose your data-phone plan and bring ID and cash. And make sure your smart phone is unblocked before leaving home.
- There are few towels in the house and you will need to bring your own beach towels for the beach and pool. No worries though, there are stores all over town who sell beach paraphernalia if you forget.
- If you have a car, the best supermarket we found was the Consum one on top of the hill from downtown : more choice, better prices, and the most amazing oranges we ever tasted!!! Florida oranges have nothing on these!!
- Antonio suggested the restaurant El Pinar, on top of the hill with the most spectacular views of the ocean. You can't miss this experience! It's a Michelin star breathtaking restaurant with wonderful service (thanks to Omar and all the wonderful staff) and food. We went twice, we loved it so much. Thanks for the recommendation Antonio!
We were sad to check out and would recommend this property with two thumbs up. Antonio, don't be surprised if some of my family and friend contact you! And thanks again for an amazing vacation.

Perfect base for a break!
We recently stayed at Antonio's lovely house for a half term break. First off, Antonio is a gracious and very attentive host- the booking process was quick and easy, with Antonio confirming the booking super fast and providing a range of helpful information by email on the area and excursions. There was a small misunderstanding about arrival arrangements, which meant there was a short wait for the contact to arrive to let us into the property, but nothing major. The development and the house are impeccably kept, clean and beautiful. The house is comfortable and has all you need.The aircon is effective and quiet. The pool is stunning, and we had it to ourselves as it was early in the season. The parking bay is a little tight, so would advise not going for a super large car.
Alcossebre itself may not be the prettiest town, but is clean, well looked after and blessedly short of high rise monstrosities. Late May half term seemed to be the end of low season so some shops and restaurants near by were still closed, but there was still a range of restaurants near the marina available for meals without needing to drive, and more still a little further away in the town itself. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would happily return to stay with Antonio another time,

Descanso y relajación
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantasticas. La vivienda esta muy equipada. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salon, terraza en las habitaciones. Además muy bien decorado, lo que hace mas confortable la estancia. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, están muy cuidadas, piscina genial con muy poca gente y grandes zonas de cesped a la sombra, que es ideal para niños pequeños. Si buscas playa solo hay que cruzar la calle. En resumen un acierto de vivienda y con un propietario siempre pendiente para ayudar e informar. Gracias

¡Vacaciones en el paraíso!
Elegimos Alcossebre y no nos equivocamos. Elegimos la casa de Antonio y ha sido un acierto total!
En una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar, y con preciosas vistas al mar se encuentra la urbanización El Paraíso!
En pocos minutos andando está la playa de Las Fuentes, tranquila y familiar, el Puerto deportivo, restaurantes. Todo a mano y accesible!
Y la casa no ha podido ser más cómoda y agradable. Cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, con todo tipo de detalles.
Realmente ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas!
En cuanto a su maravillosa piscina...sin palabras! En frente del mar, inmensa, rodeada de imponentes pinos ...la hemos disfrutado muchísimo.
Por último, la relación con Antonio, el propietario, perfecta! Pura amabilidad y colaboración.
Por todo ello sin ninguna duda la recomiendo y, sin ninguna duda, repetiremos el año que viene!!

ESTOY ENCANTADA, UBICACION PERFECTA, A LA PLAYA, A RESTAURANTES, A COMERCIOS, PARA REPETIR SIN DUDA.
HOLA, disfute de una estancia muy comoda, tranquila, los niños de 7 y 8 años encantados en la piscina y sobre todo yo misma de la tranquilidad del jardin y cesped que hay junto a ella, donde podias leer, jugar con los niños por ejemplo a las cartas, tomar el sol.... además cuenta con socorrista y ves que la urbanización está muy cuidada y limpia por los jardineros. Tambien los otros usuarios o inquilinos muy amables. La casa muy bonita, una decoración perfecta y con muchas comodidades ( por cierto, había libros de Mary Higgins Clark, casualmente una de mis autoras preferidas de la cual tengo casi la totalidad de sus libros). Ademas tienes en un paseíto de nada la playa, una parte con rocas ideal para la pesca y otra de arena fina con una zona de juegos y deporte , duchas, alquiler de patines, amacas , restaurante.
Muy cerquita del pueblo también con tiendecitas, restaurantes y una panadería que hacia una especie de "cocas de llanda" buenísima, todo casero.
El propietario muy amable.
Lo aconsejo totalmente y repetiremos, no hay duda

DÍAS GENIALES
Hemos pasado unos días geniales en Alcossebre. La casa es grande, acogedora, bien decorada, tiene de todo. El jardín es de lujo y se esta increíble a la hora de cenar y de comer. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y una atención perfecta en todo lo que hemos necesitado. la urbanización es tranquila, la playa queda a tiro de piedra y dejo lo mejor para el final.....la super piscina, ideal para niños y adultos, para jugar y descansar, para divertirse y relajarse tomando el sol. En serio que vale mucho la pena, yo no me o pensaría!!

Zona muy tranquila, sin problemas de aparcamiento y muy cerca de la playa. Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. La casa de lujo, totalmente equipada y con todas las comodidades. La piscina increíble, agua cristalina. La tuvimos casi para nosotros solos. Si tenemos la ocasión, repetiremos.

Vacaciones muy recomendables para familia
Hemos encontrado una casa incluso mejor de lo que esperabamos para las vacaciones. Casa limpia y con todo el mobilario nuevo y en funcionamiento (aire acondicionado, agua caliente, baños, etc.) La piscina es perfecta para ir con familia y niños pequeños y dispone de socorrista y las zonas verdes están my bien cuidadas y dispone de grandes árboles para los que prefieren la sobra.
La urbanización en Julio no estaba masificada y está en una zona privada y muy exclusiva, lo que da más tranquilidad si cabe para ir con niños. La playa de las fuentes está a 5 minutos andando y cruzando únicamente un paso de cebra. Acceso en coche a la urbanización y plaza de garaje cubierta.
El trato por parte del propietario (Antonio) ha sido estupendo, y ha respondido a nuestras dudas y a nuestras consultas turísticas de manera inmediata. Hemos realizado algunas excursiones que nos ha recomendado a la ermita de Santa Lucía, al faro, a Peñíscola,.... y ha merecido la pena.
Sin duda es una casa que recomiendaría a cualquier amigo o familiar y que para posteriores vacaciones tendremos en cuenta. Alcossebre es un pueblo tranquilo al menos en los días de Julio que hemos estado, no está masificado (como Benidorm u otros sitios) y dispone de servicios, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.
Como puntos de mejora incluiría un juego de llaves adicional para los huéspedes.
En definitiva, ha sido un gran descubrimiento y hemos aprovechado las vacaciones al máximo.
