Ci è piaciuta la tranquillità e la bellezza del posto, il paesaggio ed il giardino curato, su cui si affacciava la terrazzina dove è possibile rilassarsi e cenare. La piscina a disposizione è pulita e provvidenziale.
Il monolocale era dotato di un bagno molto sacrificato, che faceva condensa nei giorni umidi, pulizia difficile senza un mocio, ma solo con straccio e spazzolone.
