The property had a lot of character, with old ornate decor. Very clean. Hairdryer. Cristina was so lovely & helpful with a lot of local knowledge. The breakfast was fresh & differed from one day to the next. Delicious, just what we needed to set us up for the day. There were some great restaurants close by, 10min walk away. Amazing value for money.
The villa wasn’t quite as easy to get to after a long train journey from St.Mortiz. An extra change. I thought it was direct. But that’s on me for not checking properly. Glad we got a taxi with our bags (€23) from Lecco station, as short, but steep hill up to property. Also, as a swimmer,I didn’t realise you couldn’t swim in the lake, 10 mins walks away through an industrial estate. Again, lack of research on my part. Cristina advised a local campsite which you had to pay (€10 entry plus €2 for sunbed). This was actually perfect and we spent the day there, a 15 mins walk away, relaxing after being on multiple train journeys prior on our trip.

Absolutely gorgeous property with stunning mountain views! We had an amazing stay at the apartment. It was spacious, beautifully comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, a great shower, and laundry facilities.
Cristina is an amazing host—so welcoming, helpful and lovely. She made us feel very comfortable and was available whenever we needed anything.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Impeccable Cleanliness: Despite being older, the property was well-maintained, spotless, and completely free of defects.
Reliable Amenities: Essential utilities performed exactly as expected, including a strong air conditioner and a functional (albeit small) shower equipped with a bidet.
Passable Comfort: The bed provided decent comfort, making it suitable for a brief one-night layover.
Misleading Accessibility: Listing photos implied parking was adjacent to the villa. In reality, guests face a 3-to-4-minute uphill walk from the lot, making luggage transport highly inconvenient.
Communication Failures: The host failed to provide necessary instructions for the locked front gate prior to arrival. This led to a frustrating 20-minute wait in pouring rain, compounded by unresponsiveness on the booking platform.
Stale Aesthetics: The interior lacked any decorative effort, with the last renovation appearing to have occurred over two decades ago.
Car Dependency: The somewhat isolated location makes a personal vehicle absolutely necessary for accessing dining or local attractions.
