I really like the location—it’s very convenient and close to cafés, restaurants, and the Café Apartment. The front desk staff are also friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It also had a fridge and a water heater, which made our stay more comfortable.
There was a brownout during our stay, although it was not limited to the hotel as the entire street/neighborhood was affected. Even the convenience store and café outside the hotel were also affected. The power outage lasted from around 8 PM until approximately 3 AM. It was a bit of a hassle, especially since we were already tired from a tour that day and were unable to properly rest without electricity, lights, and air conditioning. The power was only restored around 3 AM.

A lot of cockroaches coming out from the back of refrigerator, unsanitary wet bathroom floor , bathroom exhaust fan not working. Staff seem to know the condition of the hotel but not working to improve it.

It's very affordable for Ho Chi Minh and it's central to all the places we like to go to in District 1

The location was great, very central with many things around to visit. It was very convenient for my family. There are restaurants and cool shops around.
The hotel was really on the low tier. I was supposed to return later on my trip bud decided to cancel and upgrade a bit for my familys confort It was not bad if you go with low expectations.
